Prices in US dollars, before any sales tax. Viewer accounts, for people who only read what your team has saved, are free.
Every plan can make API keys from its own account. Each key has scopes, a rate limit and a daily quota, and the endpoints are documented at /api/docs. The Workspace plan's key can read and update your own CRM records.
If you're building a tool or app on our data, need higher limits, or want bulk feeds of lawyer, firm or moves data, we set that up case by case. Bulk data comes under its own licence, and every record keeps its source link and the date we read it.
Before you start
Who counts as a user?
Anyone in your organization who can edit or search. Viewer accounts, for people who only need to read what your team has saved, are free.
What happens at the end of the trial?
We email you three days before it ends to ask whether you want to continue and on which plan. Nothing is charged automatically. If you don't continue, sign-in pauses the day after the trial ends and your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then deleted as the privacy policy describes.
Is there a limit on Inquiry questions?
Normal daily use is included. If one account runs far more than that, for example through a script, we'll get in touch before anything changes. To protect against a runaway script, a single account can ask up to 600 questions a day; the count resets at midnight UTC.
Can we bring our existing data?
Yes. Any plan with the Workspace includes a CSV import. A full migration with notes, attached files and email history depends on the system you're leaving, so we quote it after looking at an export.
Do you have SOC 2?
Not yet. Each organization's data is kept separate, backups are encrypted, and every sign-in and export is logged. We're happy to fill in your security questionnaire.
Can we change plans?
Yes, up or down. Upgrades start straight away. Downgrades on an annual plan take effect at renewal.
